Tony Bish is at the forefront of high quality chardonnay in New Zealand's Hawke's Bay. The grapes are whole bunch pressed, with just the free run juice sent to ferment in new and seasoned French oak barriques. It is aged in barrel for 11 months adding richness and spice. The wine is textual and creamy, a chardonnay lover's chardonnay.
